Are drivers included in all pricing?
Yes. SG Prestige is an exclusive chauffeur-only service. All rates include a professional, personal driver dedicated to your safety, comfort, and schedule. Self-drive option is not offered.
How do payments and deposits work?
A deposit reserves your chosen vehicle and date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. We offer transparent booking terms with no hidden booking fees or fuel surcharges.
What happens if our event runs over the agreed time?
We understand that events—especially weddings—can run over schedule. Extra time is billed at a simple hourly rate, agreed upon in your initial quote.
What is your policy for bad weather?
Our drivers monitor conditions closely and come fully prepared with dark golf umbrellas, ensuring you stay clean and dry during photo stops and venue transfers.
