A 30% non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking to secure your hire. The balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Any additional payments over and above the deposit amount will be refunded if cancelled prior to 2 weeks before the event.
Should the hire period exceed that which has been booked, then we will invoice any additional time at the hourly rate for the car(s), in half-hour segments.
Your vehicle comes with a formally dressed, qualified driver and all vehicles are legal for purpose and excellently presented.
We do not accept bookings to transport animals or children under 5, this is due to the classic condition of the vehicles.
The person making the booking is considered to be the hirer and accepts all responsibility as to the conduct of any passengers and will disclose any medical conditions that we should be made aware of. Any damage caused to the vehicles by the hirers and their party will be charged for.
Consuming food or drink in the vehicles is forbidden unless previously discussed.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any and all services for unruly and/or abusive passengers including intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
The customer acknowledges that Classic cars are subject to the risk of breakdown and mechanical failure and it is a condition of service that the client accepts the responsibility for this risk in exchange for the aesthetic amenity that a classic car provides. Accordingly, in the event of a breakdown, SG Prestige will not be held liable for missed appointments, time-dependent bookings and associated costs beyond the cost of hire and provision of alternative transport (where possible).
